What is the subscription period?
The email marketing software subscription runs for one year. VPS hosting is also quoted annually; the setup fee is one time.
What does “unlimited” mean?
The software package lists unlimited users, email and email blasting. Actual sending remains limited by VPS capacity, email cron-job settings and delivery-provider limits. It does not guarantee unlimited throughput or inbox placement.
Is VPS hosting included in the software price?
No. The annual software subscription is RM 1,600 and annual VPS hosting is RM 2,600, both before 8% SST. A one-time RM 500 setup fee brings the first-year total to RM 5,076 including SST.
Is the VPS fully managed?
No. The quoted VPS plan is self-managed. It specifies 4 vCPU, 8 GB RAM, 200 GB storage, AlmaLinux 10, weekly backup with two retentions and a free snapshot.
Can I connect my own email delivery provider?
The platform supports SMTP and supported email providers, subject to administrator configuration. Provider charges and sending limits should be confirmed separately.
Will every email reach the inbox?
Inbox placement is not guaranteed. Use permission-based lists, honour unsubscribe requests and configure your sending service responsibly.
